So many teams can state a good case for inclusion in the four-team College Football Playoff, and conference championship weekend will be huge in determining who’s in and who’s out.

On Dec. 1, the Pac-12 plays its championship at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. Then there’s a full slate of games on Dec. 2, with the Big 12 championship (back after a six-year absence) at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas; the SEC championship at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta; the ACC championship at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C.; and the Big Ten championship at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

The College Football Playoff final rankings and the announcement of the teams competing in the semifinals are revealed Sunday, Dec. 3.
