This time around, the BFFs will be deal with bigger woes than they did as high schoolers—both are now young, single mothers. Things get even more complicated when one of Raven’s twins begins to exhibit her gift of seeing the future. Set to start filming in Los Angeles next month, Raven’s Home will premiere later this year, with a specific date yet to be announced.

“There is only one Raven – and for over 25 years, she has blessed audiences around the world with the greatest gift of all – the pure, unadulterated joy of laugh-out-loud funny. After being a part of over 20 different Disney projects, we are thrilled to be bringing Raven home to Disney Channel once again,” said Gary Marsh, president and chief creative officer, Disney Channels Worldwide.

The network also announced the addition of cast members Issac Brown and Navia Robinson, who will play Raven’s twins, Booker and Nia; Jason Maybaum as Chelsea’s son, Levi; and Sky Katz as Tess, Nia’s best friend.

After the success of the Boy Meet’s World spin-off Girl Meet’s World, Raven’s Home is sure to please fans. Here’s to hoping that some more familiar faces from the original will make an appearance at some point.
