Dog the Bounty Hunter sparked serious fan concern in a video from a recent interview.

In the October 20 episode of the Legally Goff Podcast, Dog the Bounty Hunter star Duane “Dog” Lee Chapman, 73, chatted with host Brooke Goff about the A&E reality series. Clips from their conversation shared on social media, however, prompted a flurry of comments about Dog’s appearance.

One legitimately worried fan wondered on Instagram, “What is going on with him???”

“MG, the Dog looks rough,” another agreed, as a third speculated, “Why does he look like that? Is that alcoholism?”

Someone else echoed, “Looks near death.”

Another asked, “Is Dog OK?”

Meanwhile, yet another Instagram user commented, “Wow, he looks so weathered.”

Still, others defended Dog, with one Instagram user pointing out, “It’s like you all forget that he’s literally 7[3] years old — people age, it’s a privilege to do so.”

A second scolded, “Leave the man alone!!! He’s comfortable in his own skin.”

Dog the Bounty Hunter aired for eight seasons on A&E from 2004 to 2012. In the series, Dog, an actual bounty hunter, tracked down and captured criminals who skipped bail.

“At the height of your career, how much could a really good bounty hunter make in a year?” Goff asked him during the podcast episode.

Dog replied that without a TV show, a decent bounty hunter might bring in roughly $50,000.

“That’s not even a living wage,” the host said, before asking how “real” the show was.

“110% pure real,” Dog insisted. “A lot of the camera guys missed the shot. Right at the beginning, I fired like six of them because they missed the shot. And so, what do you say? ‘I missed the shot, so I’ve got to tase you again?’ It was 100% real.”
