Former NBA star Lamar Odom is taking his career in a completely new direction, officially launching an OnlyFans account and reportedly becoming the first major former professional basketball player to join the adult subscription platform.
Speaking with TMZ, the 46-year-old athlete teased that subscribers can expect “a little bit of everything, some surprises, and maybe a few things you wouldn’t expect from me.”
“People hear OnlyFans and automatically think one thing, but I’m not here to tell you what you will or won’t see,” Odom told TMZ. “I’ve lived a pretty wild life, and trust me, there are still a few surprises left.”
Odom’s real estate agent girlfriend, Rachel Bradley, has also started an OnlyFans page, with potential plans for the couple to film content together.

Odom also shared the news on his X account posting a photo of him shirtless in a pool and linking to his OnlyFans account with the caption, “hit me up on onlyfans!!! LETS CHAT!” followed by several emojis, including a basketball and one with a tongue sticking out.
Some users expressed their thoughts about the former athlete’s decision to join the platform. One user commented: “Are you showing meat or are you being demure with it? Asking for a friend.” Another wrote, “The bills cant be that high bro,” while someone else wrote, “Ain’t no way. Tough economy out there.” Someone else commented: “how does this even happen. what are these dudes spending all their money on.”
Before joining the digital subscription space, Odom carved out a 14-season NBA career. He is most known for his tenure with the Los Angeles Lakers, where he won back-to-back NBA championships in 2009 and 2010 and earned the NBA Sixth Man of the Year award for the 2010–11 season, alongside stints with the Clippers, Heat, and Mavericks.
Odom remains a staple of pop culture history due to his public relationship with ex-wife Khloé Kardashian. The pair married after a whirlwind romance in 2009 and starred in the reality spinoff Khloé & Lamar. Though they split in December 2013, Kardashian stepped in to care for Odom following his near-fatal medical emergency in 2015. Their complex history and divorce were recently reexamined in the 2026 Netflix documentary Untold: The Death & Life of Lamar Odom.
While Odom is breaking new ground as the first major NBA player on the platform, he joins a growing roster of prominent athletes across other sports—including Olympic bronze medalist Alysha Newman, combat sports star Paige VanZant, and tennis player Nick Kyrgios—who have created accounts on OnlyFans to connect with fans in different ways.
