Ryan Seacrest Shocks Cohosts With Contents Of His ‘Dude Freezer’

A single guy doesn’t need much food. Ryan Seacrest, who is known to eat healthy, shared the contents of his freezer. His On Air radio show cohosts laughed and dubbed it a “dude freezer.”

On October 21, Seacrest told his cohosts — Tanya Rad and Sisanie — that he was going to send them a picture of what the inside of his freezer contained. “This is my freezer right now,” Seacrest said. “I have these flavors in my freezer.” This discussion came about when Rad shared that she had her husband hide their ice cream, so she wouldn’t eat it.

“This is such a dude freezer,” Sisanie laughed.

“Why is it a dude freezer?” Seacrest asked.

“It’s meat and ice cream,” Sisanie said.

“And Jasmine white rice,” Rad chimed in.

“And popsicles,” Seacrest said, pointing out the Jonny Pops.

Sisanie asked why the rice was in the freezer, and Rad said it was easy, while Seacrest said that you need rice every once in a while. “You can put it in the microwave,” Rad said.

“It’s ice cream and frozen fish and frozen chicken. Meat and protein and ice cream,” Seacrest said.

“That’s a lot of ice cream,” Sisanie said. She counted 13 pints in his freezer.

“I didn’t know which flavors I was going to love, so I got cookie dough, candy bar, cappuccino, chocolate peanut butter, and pretzel,” Seacrest said.

Sisanie pointed out that Seacrest had nothing in his door or drawers, but she did say that it was cute that he had the Jonny Pops popsicles in his fridge. Seacrest shared that those are for his niece, Flora, in case she comes over. “We have popsicles,” he said with a smile. Flora is his only niece and the daughter of his sister, Meredith.

“I knew those were not for him,” Rad laughed.

“Yeah. That’s cute,” Sisanie said.

Fans reacted to Seacrest’s freezer in the comments. “This is actually funny,” one said.

“Such a bachelor freezer,” another wrote.
