Jimmy Kimmel Laughs at Trump after President’s Latest Cognitive Test Boast

Donald Trump is once again bragging about acing his “cognitive tests,” but Jimmy Kimmel isn’t convinced by the president’s claims of being a “freakin’ genius.”

“If anyone was worried about [Trump’s] brain, don’t [be], he’s good,” the late-night host said on Wednesday’s edition of (October 14) Jimmy Kimmel Live! “He’s giving himself cognitive tests, and he’s passing them with flying colors.”

Kimmel threw to a clip of Trump’s speech at a recent rally in Arizona, where the president bragged about one of these so-called cognitive tests. “‘Five words, sir. Hat, hair, logo, white, black. Sir, would you please repeat those words?'” Trump said. “Hat, hair, logo, white, black. ‘Oh, you got it right.'”

“Sir, you aced this test you just made up,” Kimmel quipped. “This is a test you would give your grandfather after he fell off a stepladder.”

Later in the clip, Trump claimed that you “get a lot of points” if you can repeat the words in order. “Go hat, hair, logo, white, black, and they go, ‘Holy s**t!’ Nobody can do that. And the fake news said, ‘It’s so easy.’ No, very few people can do that.”

The president continued, “They say very few people can do it, but almost none can do them in order like that. But I can. You know why? Because I’m a freakin’ genius.”

Kimmel mocked Trump, adding, “‘And if you believe that, you’ll also believe I’m sending you $5,000 a piece,'” referencing the president’s pledge to pay every American adult $5,000 if the Republicans win control of the House and Senate in the November midterms.

“Now, who wants to see a genius dance to the Village People, huh?” the comedian continued, touching on Trump’s visit to Arizona. “It’s one of the few places where the natural surroundings match his skin and the shape of his hair.”

He also played a clip from Trump’s speech where the president claimed boys are sent to school and return home as girls. “Your son leaves as Jimmy and comes back home in three days as Janet,” Trump said.

“It’s true,” Kimmel mocked. “Same thing happened to me in reverse.”
