Ryan Seacrest Shares How He Maintains His Fit Physique While Eating Bakery Food
Have you ever wondered how Ryan Seacrest keeps his incredibly toned body, but have also seen him enjoying sweets or eating pizza? The Wheel of Fortune host revealed how he keeps the balance in an Instagram post.
“When I get free time away from work, it looks a lot like this. It’s health and enjoyment wrapped into one. Cycling 30 miles and stopping at the bakery on the way back. It’s gardening the produce and homemaking the pizza. It’s drinking the wine, and still making my workout the next day. Balance is not always a given, but it’s created,” he captioned the post on October 11.
Seacrest, who sported graying stubble, shared that he starts his day with a bike ride, music, and coffee along the beach. He wore sunglasses, a backwards baseball cap, and showed off his toned arms in a sleeveless black shirt. Seacrest swapped out the hat for a helmet, of course. The American Idol host then stopped to lift huge rocks and squat with them while walking down a path.

After his workout, Seacrest stopped at a bakery. He shared that he found cinnamon buns, which were “kind of his weakness.” The video ended with him eating the warm cinnamon bun outside.
When he’s working, Seacrest tends to stand during his hosting duties, although he takes a breather for his radio show, On Air With Ryan Seacrest, and sits for that portion of the day.
“YES!” One Republic’s Ryan Tedder said.
“U go Ryan! It’s all Self Care, which = balance. Enjoy!” a follower said.
“You had me at cinnamon buns,” a third added.
On October 3, Seacrest had jaws dropping when he posted a photo of his ripped abs to Instagram. “This is what a day off looks like from start to finish,” he captioned the post.
Seacrest shared videos of him biking during the day and at night. But it was the daytime pic — a photo of himself using an ElliptiGO stand-up bike on a sandy trail — that had Instagram users’ attention. In that photo, a shirtless Seacrest basked in the sunshine, the bright light throwing the muscles of his torso into relief.
Fans called him “Zaddy” and said his physique was “insane.” Seacrest has shared videos and photos of his workouts on social media.
