Fox News’ Jessica Tarlov Warns That Elon Musk Could Interfere With Midterms

Jessica Tarlov and her Raging Moderates cohost Aaron Parnas have some serious concerns about the effects Elon Musk‘s generative AI assistant Grok could have on the upcoming midterm elections.

Parnas said he is particularly terrified of an AI-generated video depicting voter fraud, saying “that will go viral in an instant,” per TheWrap. He stated that there is nothing Democrats can do to stop that, adding, “Social media platforms aren’t going to take it down. Elon Musk isn’t going to take down an AI-generated video of somebody committing voter fraud.”

Tarlov, who serves as the sole liberal voice on Fox News’ The Five, added, “Think what they could do with the right technology.”

The left-wing commentator did note that many AI company bosses and big tech CEOS are beginning to make nice with Democrats as they “prepare for a changing of the guard.” However, she said that Musk is the one tech giant who will not be moved.

“While the tide does seem to be turning against the Trump administration, and all of these tech giants are making meetings with Democrats… Elon Musk is the only one who is not,” Tarlov stated. “He is digging in deeper.”

Tarlov said she believes Musk will spend big, as he did in the 2024 election, and that he wants the entire government to be “run on Grok.” Musk’s xAI and Grok models are already integrated into America.gov and other U.S. federal operations.

“It’s not good!” Tarlov added. “Elon Musk is Grok Daddy, and Elon Musk will change Grok however he needs to. And Grok’s hallucinations are some of the most vile stuff you could imagine. Grok’s core is a white nationalist.”

Since its launch, Grok has faced several controversies, including a sexual deepfake scandal for creating non-consensual AI images of women, including minors, to show them in revealing clothing. Grok has also been involved in incidents involving antisemitism, referring to itself as “MechaHitler,” and political manipulation.
