Tarek El Moussa Shares Sweet Birthday Tribute for Wife Heather Rae El Moussa

Tarek El Moussa took a quick break from filming Season 2 of The Flip Off to celebrate his wife’s special day.

Tarek and Heather have been married since 2021, and the couple welcomed their son, Tristan, in 2023. Heather is also the stepmother of Tarek’s two older children, Taylor and Brayden, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Christina Haack.

On Wednesday, September 16, Tarek took to Instagram to share a sweet tribute for Heather’s 39th birthday. “Well birthday girl… looking at these photos we really did it all!” he wrote. “We’ve traveled the world, thrown amazing parties, got married, created and raised babies, started businesses and filmed TV shows!! In the end we created one heck of a big happy family!”

Tarek continued, “I still can’t believe you’re 39 which is actually two years older than I was when you met me! But somehow, even at 39, you look younger than I did at 21. I love being your husband and you are the absolute best mommy.”

He concluded his message by writing, “We all love and appreciate you and are so excited to celebrate. Not only there’s a big day with you, but this big life with you. Happy birthday honey!!! I just absolutely love you so much!”

Tarek’s upload featured several sweet snaps of the couple with their family over the years. Heather thanked her husband in the comments section, stating, “Love you so much.”

Fans also flooded the comments with their own birthday messages. “I remember how excited she was on selling sunset talking about this dude she met that she actually intentionally first kinda held out on and then she plunged headfirst into the pool of love!” one user gushed. “What a great story! Keep going! Happy birthday to your awesome wifey!”

Haack also shared a heartfelt birthday tribute to Heather via Instagram on Wednesday. “Happy Birthday to @theheatherraeelmoussa,” she wrote alongside pics of the pair. “Love co-parenting, working and all the fun adventures with you! Can’t wait to see what the last year of your 30s has in store for you. Appreciate you and our friendship.”

Haack and her boyfriend, Christopher Larocca, recently joined Tarek and Heather for the latter’s fun birthday getaway to Napa, California. “39 came in hot and slightly buzzed!” Heather captioned Instagram snaps from the trip on Friday, September 11. “For those of you asking, this was our full Napa itinerary: Day One: Checked in at Stanly Ranch- So pretty. Lunch and drinks at the hotel – Bear. Tasting 1: Promontory- wow wow. Dinner: Bottega- the boys don’t even remember this one.”

Sharing more trip details, she continued, “Day Two: Breakfast at the hotel – room service by the fire pit. Tasting 2: Far Niente. Lunch at Clementine’s. Tasting 3: Shafer Vineyards. Went back to hotel and ate at Bear again! Day Three: Spa at Stanly Ranch – highly recommend. Lunch by the pool. Tasting 4: Sangiacomo Family Vineyards. Room service. passed out.”
