HGTV’s Leslie Davis Celebrates Son’s 16th Birthday With Sweet Tribute

HGTV star Leslie Davis shared a proud mama moment with her Instagram followers on Monday (September 14) as her youngest son, Cole, turned 16.

The Unsellable Houses host posted a heartwarming montage of her son, including photos and videos from Cole’s childhood, from sports events to family vacations to Disney trips to selfies with his mom and siblings. The clip was soundtracked by a voiceover reading a viral poem about raising boys, often attributed to Bryan Dunama Wazis.

“The last one to get his drivers license… pray for my insurance rates,” Leslie wrote in the post’s caption. “Happy 16th Birthday Cole Davis. Being your mama is my favorite.”

According to EntertainmentNow, she also shared a clip on her Instagram Story, showing the family at a Mexican restaurant as they began to sing Happy Birthday to Cole. The video saw a restaurant employee placing a large sombrero on Cole’s head.

“YOU ARE KIDDING ME!!! WOW!!!! Happy Birthday Coco!” wrote one Instagram commenter in response to Leslie’s sweet post.

“Beautiful words. Happy Birthday Cole,” said another.

“Stop it I’m crying,” another added.

“Happy 16th! He is such a sweet kid!” one user wrote.

Leslie shares Cole with her ex-husband, Jacob Davis. The former couple also share two other sons, Kyler and Cash. Leslie and Jacob divorced in 2022 but continue to co-parent their three boys.

In January 2026, she announced her engagement to her former Rock the Block colleague Don Reidy, who proposed during a snowmobile trip.

“Turns out Rock the Block gave me a win in more than one way,” Leslie wrote on Instagram at the time. “Somewhere between sunup-to-sundown chaos and lots of laughs, I found my person. Don, you are my safe place, my teammate, and my favorite adventure buddy.”

The engagement came as a surprise to Leslie’s followers, many of whom didn’t even realize she and Jacob had divorced. Leslie later addressed the situation on her blog, revealing that she and Jacob had been separated since 2022.

“Jacob and I will always share love for each other, just now in a new way, we have learned to become the best teammates, to lean on each other, to support each other’s new adventures, and always put our boys first,” she wrote.
