The current 11th season of Below Deck Mediterranean is likely the last time fans will see Nathan Gallagher on the Bravo reality show. Bravo fired Gallagher after he missed a court date in Australia regarding domestic violence allegations and was convicted on charges of assault and choking.
In a statement on Thursday, Bravo told the Los Angeles Times it “does not plan on working with Nathan in the future.” That announcement came four days after the New South Wales Police Force asked for the public’s help in locating Gallagher, adding in a news release that the reality star is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant. The police also said Gallagher is believed to be offshore.
In December 2025, Gallagher was arrested on three counts of domestic violence against a 29-year-old woman, the Times reported. He was released on bail and charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent, and common assault, according to USA Today.
His arrest came after filming on Season 11 wrapped, and Bravo is not planning on editing Gallagher out of the Season 11 episodes, the Times added.
On Tuesday, Gallagher did not appear at his hearing in an Australian court, and a judge convicted him on charges of assault and choking, a New South Wales Courts representative confirmed to USA Today.
Last month, Gallagher addressed his arrest in a statement to Rolling Stone, which notes the woman in the case is his former partner and Below Deck Mediterranean costar Gael Cameron, with whom he has a son.
“I’m willing to respond because I don’t believe the public has heard the full story surrounding what happened,” Gallagher told Rolling Stone. “I understand NSW Police have confirmed my arrest in December 2025. What has been publicly reported, however, represents only one side of what was an extremely complicated situation.”
Gallagher also claimed to have video footage, messages, and other records which he believed “provide important context and show events that have not been publicly reported. He said he would deal with that purported evidence through appropriate channels.
“I’m not claiming I was perfect. I wasn’t,” Gallagher added. “I made mistakes and I will take responsibility for my own actions. But I will not accept being portrayed solely through one person’s account of a relationship when there is another side and evidence relating to it.”
