That’s the price of exercising outside and putting it on the internet. The Price Is Right model Devin Goda shared a full-body workout on his Instagram that showed off his sweaty, glistening abs.

“The jump rope. One of the best quick full body exercises. Want an added challenge? Get a weighted rope! #faithandfitness #jumprope #exercise #weekendvibes,” he captioned the post on July 19.

Goda set the post to the song “Hello (The Sun Is Up Where You Are)” by Mizmo. He also labeled the post in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he is visiting his family, who own a farm there.

The model stood outside behind a house, surrounded by trees and plants. He did not have a shirt on and wore dark gray shorts, white socks, white sneakers, and an Apple Watch.

Goda began by wiping the sweat off his face. He then bounced from foot to foot before swinging the jump rope from side to side.

The game show model then started to jump rope, lifting his feet slightly off the ground for a few seconds. Goda then did tricks with the jump rope, twisting it in front of him and from side to side.

He then lifted his legs higher and kicked his knees up. Goda then did a dance and bounced up and down, and then jumped rope fast before repeating his movements.

Goda then ended by holding onto the rope with one hand and taking a breath. He did all of this while his torso and abs glistened in sweat from the sun.

Fans fawned over the model in the comments. “So hot…and I don’t meant he weather! Take care in this heat, Devin,” one fan said.

“Devin! You turn jump roping into a dance!!!” another said.

“You make it look so easy,” a fan said.

“Wow!,” “Impressive,” “Fantastic,” and “Amazing” were sentiments from other followers.

“Now you’re just showing off,” one last fan said.

Earlier this month, Goda showed off the aftermath of another workout in New York City. The model rung out his sock full of sweat as he sat down to take a break from running. He also showed off his abs and muscles while walking on his grandparents’ farm.
