Manuela Arbeláez didn’t need to win exercise equipment on The Price Is Right to look that good. The model showed off her six-pack abs in a recent workout video.

“Locked in. Fuerte mode,” she captioned the post on July 14. Fuerte means “strong” in Spanish.

The video started off with Arbeláez sitting on the floor of a gym with her legs tucked under her. Someone who was filming with a professional camera from DMC Film Production also filmed the model separately on their phone.

She then took off running, lifted weights, pulled on ropes, hung from bars, did push-ups, crunches, and more. Arbeláez wore tight black leggings along with a black sports bra and white sneakers.

Poking out from in between the clothing were her six-pack abs and toned arms. At one point, the video zoomed in closely on her abs in slow motion. Arbeláez showed off her strength and muscles throughout the video to prove how she got those muscles.

The voice behind the video said, “Stop trying to control everything and just let go. Let go!” This catapulted the model to take off running and start her workout.

Then, upbeat music played, and the voice said, “Let the chips fall where they may.” At the very end, the game show model stood with her hands on her hips as she finished her workout. “Let the things you own end up owning you,” it ended.

The video seems to be a promotion for an upcoming project that she is set to release soon. Earlier this week, Arbeláez shared that a project was coming soon that she had been working on for months. She teased that it was going to be called “Fuerte.” Keep checking her Instagram to find out more about the project.

Fans reacted to the video in the comments. “Yes girl!!!” one said.
