Ryan Seacrest is getting ready to move. The Wheel of Fortune host just sold his Napa Valley home for $18.5 million as the game show season ends. Season 43 came to an end on June 5.

Seacrest first put his house up for sale in the summer of 2025, right after he began his new job as host. He had just made significant remodels to the mansion, including upgrading the wine cellar, expanding the primary bedroom, adding a guest suite, and replacing the iron railing on the living room terrace with glass so the view would no longer be obstructed, according to The Wall Street Journal.

“The property underwent a significant remodel in 2023/2024, blending timeless elegance with a fresh, light-filled space tailored for today’s modern lifestyle,” the listing read. “Built to exceptional standards, the home showcases chiseled limestone walls, reclaimed wood beams, seven fireplaces, and expansive pocketing doors that seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living spaces.”

But then, the American Idol host took it off the market only a month later when it wasn’t selling for $22 million, according to Realtor.com. The home was put back on the market in April 2025 at the same price.

It still didn’t sell, so in April 2026, he put the price down to $19.8 million and then $18.8 million. Mansion Global shared on June 22 that he sold the house that he bought in 2020 for $18.5 million. Seacrest had purchased the mansion for $14 million through an LLC.

“What first drew me to the property was its incredible location,” Seacrest previously told the outlet. “It offers the best of both worlds, with easy access to everything in St. Helena while still feeling private and like a true escape. The views are absolutely stunning.”

The 10,750-square-foot property, which was built in 2004, features five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. It has a Tuscan-modern main house, a pool house, and a guest house. The kitchen includes a rotisserie and pizza oven as well as a dry bar.

The outside features a courtyard for dining, an infinity-edge pool and hot tub, a bocce court, and an Italian olive grove with 220 trees. The property overlooks vineyards and mountains.
