The wait is over! For several episodes, Nathan had been making plans to ask Elizabeth to marry him. Every time he tried to do it, the timing just wasn’t right. After the latest Hope Valley celebration, Elizabeth and Nathan took a moment for themselves and climbed to the top of the water tower.
