Donny Osmond Sued by Fan Injured During His Vegas Concert

One fan didn’t feel the puppy love at a show during a show during Donny Osmond‘s residency at Harrah’s Showroom in Las Vegas — Joanne Julkowski has filed a lawsuit against Osmond and the casino, alleging that she was hit by a “lighted ball” prop during the show, and suffered life-altering injuries as a result.

The lawsuit stems from a February 2024 performance, where, according to the Daily Mail, Julkowski was “struck in the back of the head by one of the lighted balls that had been thrown or propelled into the crowd.” The lawsuit claims that this led to a chain of injuries including retinal detachment, and needed surgery to be treated.
