All My Children star Susan Lucci recently dished on how she stays looking and feeling great at 79.

During an interview with Hello! magazine published on February 4, Lucci opened up about her eating and exercise habits ahead of her 80th birthday. The actress is best known for playing Erica Kane in All My Children from 1970 until the soap opera ended in 2011.
