Jim Ward, the voice actor known for Chet Ubetcha on The Fairly OddParents and Captain Qwark in the video game series Ratchet & Clank, is dead at 66.
On Thursday, December 11, Ward’s wife, Janice, confirmed his death to TMZ. The voice talent died at 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, December 10, from complications due to advanced Alzheimer’s disease.
