Crave and HBO Max heard our cries. Weeks ahead of the Season 1 finale, we just got word that Shane (Hudson Williams) and Ilya’s (Connor Storrie) love story will continue in Heated Rivalry Season 2!

It’s good news for fans who have devoured Rachel Reid’s book of the same name and its sequel. The update comes after creator Jacob Tierney confirmed in a December 3 interview that Season 2 conversations were already underway, noting that he and the network didn’t expect the level of fan reaction so quickly.
