Dolly Parton to Host 57th Academy of Country Music Awards
Country music legend Dolly Parton will host the upcoming 57th Academy of Country Music Awards, set to stream live on Prime Video on Monday, March 7, from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
The announcement was made on Thursday by Prime Video, the Academy of Country Music, and MRC, with Parton’s co-hosts expected to be revealed at a later date. Nominations for this year’s awards show, which celebrates country music’s biggest stars and emerging talent, will be announced next week.
“I am so excited to be hosting the ACM Awards on March 7 from Vegas. Watch for us because we’re going to have some fun,” said Parton, who will release her album Run, Rose, Run on March 4, accompanying her original novel of the same name that is due out March 7. Earlier this week, Parton was announced as a nominee for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Class of 2022.

The awards ceremony promises to be a nonstop party, bringing together legendary artists with modern-day favorites for exciting and unexpected collaborations, surprising moments, and world television-premiere performances. The festivities will kick off at 8 p.m. EST/7 p.m. CST/5 p.m. PST on Prime Video, while tickets for in-person attendance are currently on sale.
