What do you get when you combine superpowers with bionics? Lab Rats: Elite Force, Disney XD’s new powerful series!

The show is merging two popular series, Lab Rats and Mighty Med, and is set to premiere on Wednesday, March 2 at 8:30/7:30. But the premiere episode will also be available early through Video on Demand and WATCH Disney XD starting Monday, Feb. 29.

So what can fans expect? Well, the team is now located in the busy metropolis of Centium City, post-attack on Mighty Med hospital by unknown super-villains. As a result, Kaz (Bradley Steven Perry), Oliver (Jake Short) and Skylar (Paris Berelc) will be coming together with Chase (William Brent, formerly known as Billy Unger) and Bree (Kelli Berglund) to form the ultimate elite force of both super and bionic powers. This elite force is determined to track down the responsible villains and keep the world a safe place!

However, there will be more trouble ahead. Elite Force will also be introducing two shapeshifters, Roman (Booboo Stewart, Decendants) and Riker (Ryan Potter, Big Hero 6). The two guys will have a mission of their own—to exterminate all superheroes from existence—which will force the team to work together and unite…or face the consequences.

For those who can’t wait for this epic merge, Lab Rats: Bionic Island is also premiering Wednesday, February 3 with a special one-hour episode (“The Vanishing”) that sees academy students vanishing after an operating system upgrade, which leads the Lab Rats to face off against two villains from their past. (Could it be Roman and Riker?)

See an exclusive first look of the new elite force below, and also catch a special sneak peak of the team in action before the first episode, “The Rise of Five,” airs.
