On Monday night, comedian and former Silicon Valley star T.J. Miller was arrested at La Guardia Airport in Queens, New York, for allegedly calling in a fake bomb threat while on an Amtrak train last month.
Miller was accused of "intentionally conveying to law enforcement false information about an explosive device" and potentially could face five years in prison.
