Not everyone can cut it as a Housewife.

In just the last month, a number of Real Housewives stars have called it quits. And while the Bravo cast shakeups keep coming, it seems that not all of the women were ready to leave just yet.

Scroll down for our latest roundup of which Real Housewives of New York, Beverly Hills, and Atlanta stars won’t be returning in 2021!

Teddi Mellencamp, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

“You heard it here last,” Mellencamp Arroyave joked on Instagram after days of rumors swirling about her role on RHOBH. “Thank you to…all the amazing women for their support (and the shade) for the past three years. Back to the shadows I go.” After welcoming her daughter Dove last season, Mellencamp found out that her contract with Bravo was not being renewed after three seasons. Mellencamp and fellow Housewife Kyle Richards became close while on the series together, and Richards recently defended Mellencamp from past costar Camille Grammar during a Twitter feud. However, fans accused Mellencamp of being “boring” on the show. Mellencamp called her departure from RHOBH “a breakup,” and opened up about the sad news. “Of course I could give you the standard response of ‘oh, we both came to the decision that it would be best…’ [but] that’s not who I am.”

The controversial star lasted only two seasons on RHOBH, and found herself at the center of the drama both on and off-camera this past spring. It was no surprise that Richards shared she would not be coming back for Season 11.

NeNe Leakes, Real Housewives of Atlanta

Original cast member Leakes confirmed she was leaving the series ahead of Season 13. “I have been on an extremely, extremely long, exhausting, tiring, emotional negotiation,” Leakes admitted on her YouTube channel. “It has been hard and I have made the very hard and difficult decision to not be a part of Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 13. It wasn’t an easy decision for me…I’m just so happy that I can say that I was a part of a genre that opened up doors for Black ensemble reality shows to step up and be a part of what we all now love so much: reality TV.” Andy Cohen described Leakes as an “icon of the genre” and his most frequent guest on Watch What Happens Live! However, it seems there was some behind-the-scenes tension. Leakes later claimed that Bravo “definitely forced” her out, and that the network doesn’t think she “deserves to work at all in any capacity.” Castmate Eva Marcille had previously announced in June that she would not be returning after one season.

The iconic “hostess with the most-ess” posted on Instagram on August 26th confirming her departure from the series after six seasons. Former Housewives costars Bethenny Frankel and Carole Radziwill hinted that there was more to the story while offering their support to Medley. Since the announcement, executive producer Andy Cohen stated that Bravo would love for Medley to return to the Big Apple when she’s ready. “I am really hopeful that this is indeed a pause and that she will rejoin the show at some point,” Cohen said on his SiriusXM Radio Andy talk show. “I do not say that too often, but the door is definitely open. I just think a pause is a good thing and she will come back renewed and refreshed.”
