It’s been 20 years since Nip/Tuck debuted, but of course, Dr. Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) and Dr. Christian Troy (Julian McMahon) can make it look like it’s been only five years, 10 tops.

The Golden Globe-winning FX drama — created by Ryan Murphy when he was still a Hollywood upstart — followed the staff and patients of McNamara/Troy, a prestigious but scandal-plagued plastic surgery practice in Miami (and later Los Angeles).

Nip/Tuck premiered on July 22, 2003, and brought in ample A-list talent over the next six seasons. Scroll through the pics below to see some of the big names who crossed paths with Sean and Christian on the show.
