Don Johnson (Insp. Nash Bridges)
Johnson most recently appeared in From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series and Blood & Oil and will be in the upcoming HBO series Watchmen.
Cheech Marin (Insp. Joe Dominguez)
Marin has guest starred on several TV shows, including Lost, Psych, Jane the Virgin, and Lodge 49 (above), and he lent his voice to a character on Elena of Avalor.
Jodi Lyn O’Keefe (Cassidy Bridges)
O’Keefe starred on Hit the Floor, guest starred on Castle and Lucifer and recurred on The Vampire Diaries. Her most recent credit was a reprisal of her TVD character on the Originals spinoff, Legacies (above).
Jeff Perry (Insp. Harvey Leek)
Perry is probably best known for his roles on Grey’s Anatomy (Thatcher Grey) and Scandal (Cyrus Beene) (above). He also recurred on One Dollar and Dirty John. His last TV credit is his latest Grey’s appearance.
Jaime Gomez (Insp. Evan Cortez)
After Nash Bridges, Gomez’s guest spots include Charmed, The District, Medium, Monk, CSI (above), and Dexter. His last role was in 2016’s Foreign Land.
James Gammon (Nick Bridges)
Gammon passed away in 2010, but following Nash Bridges, his guest spots included Crossing Jordan, Monk, and Grey’s Anatomy (above).
Yasmine Bleeth (Caitlin Cross)
Following Nash Bridges, Bleeth starred on Titans as Heather Lane Williams, and she appeared in the TV movie Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding.
Annette O’Toole (Lisa Bridges)
O’Toole has since starred on The Huntress and Smallville and guest starred on Grey’s Anatomy, Halt and Catch Fire, and The Punisher (above).
The list of revivals is growing, with a ’90s procedural drama looking to make a comeback.
A revival of Nash Bridges, which ran on CBS from 1996 to 2001, is in the works at USA Network, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The revival would air in the form of a two-hour TV special, which could act like a backdoor pilot for a series. Don Johnson would be back as the titular character in charge of San Francisco’s Special Investigation Unit and co-create the special with Bill Chais.
According to the report, the revival would take place in 2020 and see Nash “confronting a changing city, a new boss, and a world in which police work focuses on modern data-crunching and predictive policing.”
