BBC America’s Emmy and Golden Globe-nominated drama Killing Eve released seven first-look photos from the series’s highly-anticipated second season, which will premiere in April 2019!
The female-driven, high-stakes thriller features Sandra Oh as Eve, an MI6 officer who plays a very dangerous cat-and-mouse game with a talented killer named Villanelle, played by Jodie Comer.
The second season will pick up “exactly 36 heart-thumping seconds after the events of the season finale,” said Sarah Barnett, President of AMC Entertainment Networks. “This new season is packed with superlative performances and is as twisty, subversive, darkly funny, nerve-wracking and pleasurable as our fans could desire.”
The series, produced by Sid Gentle Films Ltd. and based on the Codename Villanelle novellas by Luke Jennings, recently finished production in Europe.
