‘If You Were the Last’: Anthony Mackie & Zoë Chao Get Flirty While Stranded in Space (VIDEO)

Will they or won’t they? That’s the question for the upcoming Peacock film If You Were the Last.

The streaming service has announced that the sci-fi romantic comedy starring Anthony Mackie and Zoë Chao will premiere on Friday, October 20. Peacock also released a clip and photos.

In If You Were the Last, Adam (Mackie) and Jane (Chao) are three years into a NASA mission that has gone very wrong: Their ship is broken and drifting between Jupiter and Saturn. Finding ways to pass the time as they become certain no one will be coming to save them, they argue over what to do. One day, Adam suggests that maybe they should sleep together. While Jane laughs the idea off, it prompts a flirty debate about whether they’re better off spending their remaining days as friends or something more. The film also stars Natalie Morales and Geoff Stults.
