‘Coupled’ Brings the Modern Dating World to Reality TV (PHOTO)

Fox and Mark Burnett (the über-producer behind reality franchises Survivor, The Voice, The Apprentice) are teaming up to showcase dating in the modern era with the new series Coupled. Terrence J is set to host the new unscripted series.

Coupled brings modern dating techniques to the reality show stage: every contestant is equipped with a cell phone, so texts, videos and photos are part of how the potential romances unfold. (And naturally, the conversations and content won’t stay private.)

Additionally, with groups of men and women in the mix, neither gender holds the power over how the relationships evolve.
