Demi Lovato Is a Badass in Upcoming Episodes of ‘From Dusk Till Dawn’
“Cool for the Summer” pop diva Demi Lovato is apparently cool for the fall, too, in this first look at her guest role on From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series.
Lovato joins the cast as Maia, all-around badass and sidekick to Wilmer Valderrama’s Carlos Madrigal, for the October 20 episode and October 27 Season 2 finale. Executive producer Robert Rodriguez (who also directed the singer’s upcoming “Confident” video) has said he wrote the role specifically for the starlet.
Watch to see if her off-screen chemistry with boyfriend Valderrama translates to on-screen sparks. Lovato shared pics of the duo on set from her Instagram account:
The dark crime-and-vampires series was born out of the 1996 movie of the same name.
