What’s Worth Watching: CollegeHumor’s Comedy Music Hall of Fame Brings the Funny

CollegeHumor’s Comedy Music Hall of Fame (Friday, June 19, 10/9c, IFC)

Comedy website CollegeHumor and IFC have banded together to celebrate the ever-growing number of comedians that not only bring jokes to the stage, but also musical instruments (or sometimes just their singing voice). The first-ever Comedy Music Hall of Fame will be hosted by funnyman Paul F. Tompkins and feature the pros of this comedy niche including: Weird Al, Tenacious D, The Gregory Brothers, Trevor Moore, CDZA, Rachel Bloom, Patrick North, and Comedy Bang! Bang!‘s Scott Aukerman. The special will also include interviews, as well as new videos and sketches. You won’t want to miss gems like The Gregory Brothers auto-tuning Tompkins’ tantrum, or Weird Al playing the role of interviewer instead of interviewee.
