David Morrissey Trades Eye Patch for Dress Blues on Extant (PHOTO)

First Look Photo: David Morrissey (above, foreground), best known as the villainous Governor on The Walking Dead, joins Season 2 of CBS’s alien drama Extant on the July 8 episode. He’ll trade in the Governor’s eye patch for dress blues to play Gen. Tobias Shepherd, head of the Global Security Commission. But it’s not all business—Shepherd has a personal past with Halle Berry’s Molly, which makes things a little messy as she tries to stop her alien son from destroying humanity.
