MeTV Boo-Nanza Schedule: Svengoolie & Lisa Welchel Present Final Airings of ‘The Wizard of Oz’

As Halloween is rapidly approaching, so are more favorite classics airing on MeTV. All month long, The Wizard of Oz has taken center stage as part of the network’s annual Boo-Nanza Halloween programming event, and if you haven’t been able to catch it yet, you have a few more chances to watch it before it is gone, just like the Wicked Witch of the West.

This week’s highlights include a Svengoolie Double feature with the House of Sven and they will be showing Frankenstein Meets Wolf Man and Revenge of the Creature. Sunday features a day in the wonderful land of Oz as Lisa Welchel presents The Wizard of Oz and the MeTV premiere of Michael Jackson and Diana Ross in the funky 70s musical version, The Wiz. And for the kid in you, head on over to MeTV Toons for their Sunday Spooktacular lineup, while Monday brings more of Toon In With Me‘s “Boo Bash” for scary fun to be had by all.
