Priscilla Presley Introduces Rarely-Seen Son Navarone Garibaldi Garcia at Elvis Event

Priscilla Presley introduced her son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, during a rare joint public appearance ahead of an Elvis Presley event.

On Tuesday, October 20, Priscilla, 81, visited Baesweiler, Germany, for an event celebrating her life with the King of Rock and Roll. She also signed the town’s Golden Book, bringing Navarone with her.

“I look forward to a wonderful evening with all of you…” Priscilla said in a video Hello! magazine posted on Instagram. “And I also want to introduce my son.”

After making his way to the microphone, Navarone, 39, said, “Hello, everyone. I’m just happy to be traveling with my mom. And thank you for the welcome as well. Everyone’s been so kind to both of us.”

“A lot of people know about me,” Navarone told People in 2023. But they don’t know me.”

Although Priscilla’s son has lived mostly out of the spotlight, his family’s fame has followed him.

Navarone explained, “I got in trouble more than everybody else, because kids’ parents would find out who my mom was, and they’d want a reason to talk to her. I wasn’t very comfortable with it.”

Priscilla shares Navarone with her ex-partner, Brazilian-born screenwriter and producer Marco Garibaldi. She and Marco were together for 22 years, from 1984 to 2006, although they never married.

Additionally, Priscilla had a daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, with Elvis Presley. Lisa Marie died at 54 in January 2023 from a small bowel obstruction caused by scar tissue from weight loss surgery. Meanwhile, Elvis died in 1977 at 42 from heart failure.

Although Navarone does not have children, his late half-sister was a mother of four. Lisa Marie welcomed Riley Keough, 37, and Benjamin Keough with her first husband, Danny Keough. (Benjamin died by suicide at 27 in 2020.) She also welcomed twin daughters, Finley and Harper, 18, with her fourth husband, Michael Lockwood.
