Trump Sparks Big Reaction After Admitting He Checked Out Republican Senator’s Body

President Donald Trump took time during his speech in Youngstown, Ohio, on Monday night (October 12) to marvel at Republican Senator Jon Husted’s athletic body.

“I’m standing over here, and I don’t do this with men very often,” Trump told the MAGA faithful. “I started examining [Husted’s] body because I didn’t know he was a great athlete. And I looked, and I watched up and down. I looked at his a**.”

He continued, “And then I looked at his hands. Look at his hands. He’s got these, like, claws. And I got it. You are a great athlete. I didn’t know that because he doesn’t talk about that. Congratulations. Now, they finally know. That was very good.”

Trump said he learned of Husted’s athletic background, including his time as an all-American defensive back at the University of Dayton, from former NFL head coach Jon Gruden.

“And it was Jon Gruden that told me that,” the president said. “We would’ve never known. And you made a great speech. He’s a fantastic man. He’s a very respected guy.”

Husted is up for reelection as Ohio state Senator but is facing tough competition from former Democratic Senator Sherrod Brown. Trump’s speech in Youngstown aimed to increase support for Husted ahead of the upcoming November midterm elections.

The clip of Trump’s unusual praise quickly went viral, with many social media users sharing their thoughts.

“National Coming Out Day was on Sunday, bud,” quipped one X user.

“This is how Trump chose the current Secretary of Defense. He thought he looked cute in his suit,” another joked.

“Why is this part of a political rally speech?? He’s lost the plot completely,” another added.

Mississippi Press Association executive director Layne Bruce added, “This is all perfectly normal. Nothing unusual about this at all.”

“Is he getting gayer as he gets older? Is that a thing?” wrote YouTube political commentator Benjamin Dixon.
