Pat Boone Sends Blunt 2-Word Message to Donald Trump

Pat Boone just sent a blunt two-word message to President Donald Trump: Be quiet.
On Friday, September 18, the singer, actor, and TV host, 92, took to Instagram with a piece of advice for the POTUS, 80. The Journey to the Center of the Earth (1959) star addressed Trump directly in his video.
“It’s been a while since I spoke to you or about you, but really, I feel like I am your friend,” Boone said. “I voted for you back when you were running for president, and you were calling people’s names in the debates.”
He continued, “I cautioned you that you should not be doing something that makes you sound like a schoolboy on the playground, but if you want to be president, you should sound like a president and be presidential. Well, you did not take my advice much at the time, but you’ve done a lot of things in the meanwhile.”
That’s when Boone pointed out that Trump seemed “very tired,” and that he was “worried that many of us haven’t prayed enough for you because I think you’re wearing out and you’re feeling the pressure and expressing yourself in ways that are not becoming to you.” He also called Trump’s behavior “not presidential.”

Additionally, the “Love Letters in the Sand” singer advised, “So may I recommend something very highly: that you be quiet. That you quit talking about the things that you want people to be proud of — let them discover those things for themselves. And, and also please be polite to women and quit calling names.”
To the press, the former Pat Boone Chevy Showroom host also suggested they “not say anything at all” about Trump “for a couple of days,” adding, “don’t even come to a press conference.” He added, “Of course, you’re not wanting many of them to be there anyway. So let it be empty. Let there be nobody to ask you any questions, nobody to hear what you want to say or possibly brag about.”
Boone concluded, “And, then as you hear nothing, the deafening roar of silence, it may convince you that being like Ronald Reagan and using a sense of humor, as well as being very polite and respectful, will get you more hearers, better reporting, more support while there is still time. I say this as a friend, try for just a little while to be quiet.”

DOTUS (Despot Of The United States) is incapable of being quiet. His raging narcissism, ego, and complete inability to accept responsibility for his own actions--anything bad he is forced to acknowledge is someone else's fault, regardless of how exceedingly obvious it is all his doing--makes it impossible for him to keep his mouth shut or his fingers from it-is-not-at-all-the-Truth-socialing.

You know it's bad when a fan and supporter is telling him to "be quiet," but Boone is being way too nice. "Be polite... "?? "Courtesy and respect..."?? Yeah, I don't think so. Just do what the rest of the country does, and tell him to SHUT UP.
(And for the record, while Reagan was good and courteous and gentle and respectful, he wasn't exactly the saint that some people think he was.)

Someone needed to say it..I hope President Trump will take it to heart. He would be wise to do so. The name calling is childish and beneath the office. He's been through alot and I get it, other than that ..I wouldn't want his job..

He will NOT take this advice to heart, much less heed it. Name-calling has been a weapon in his arsenal for his whole adult life. And talk about being through a lot..... he's putting this country through more than needs to happen. He's gotten us involved in a war that he doesn't seem to know how to end, he doesn't care that average Americans are paying the price of this war, nor that military members are DYING because of it.
HE is the one who is "beneath the office." He has degraded the presidency and the entire country.

Most disadvantaged people are responsible for their circumstances. Deadbeat dads, families live off food stamps but pay hundreds for hair and nail salons etc. Don't have children you can't afford to raise without government assistance. Don't procreate with multiple partners who won't stay. Reexamine your values.

Seriously? The disadvantaged are responsible for being disadvantaged. So you would have the children pay for the parents irresponsibility? We have to assume you are seriously pro-abortion since you think only single mothers are the disadvantaged and they do it deliberately.
If we are not part of the solution, we are part of the problem. I certainly can respect your pro-abortion efforts.
But consider this. Humans cannot get pregnant without another hunan. But almost all of the shaming was directed at the mothers. Both parents are equally responsible for creating another life.
Please also consider this.There are disadvantaged people older than child bearing years.There are the disadvantaged elderly who've worked their whole lives but in jobs that didn't pay like tech jobs, so they need food stamps to get by? You know, like elementary school teachers?

As a Trump voter, I agree and those are my thoughts exactly. He is childish, spiteful and has too much hate. I hope Trump changes the law so a president can run for a third term., so it will backfire in his face when Obama beats him. The new Dems are out of control.

He does NOT mean well at all. You have been deluded by lies and misinformation. When you look at what he actually DOES or DOES NOT DO, as opposed to what he says, the reality is much darker. Gas prices are going through the roof, there is no plan to end the war he started, and right now we are in worse position than when the war started. That is called LOSING, no matter what Trump says. He's literally admitted in public he doesn't really care about high prices, it doesn't affect him. Don't even think about improvements to healthcare, childcare, or social security. They are all on the chopping block with the current Republican party.
Finally, there's the Epstein Files. Rich powerful men are being protected by Donald Trump and his DOJ, there's no question about it, and they continue to defy federal judge orders to release them. Our best friends were our enemies a decade ago, and vice versa with this wannabe anti-democracy dictator in charge who can't handle any criticism from the press, so he bans them because he's got nothing to defend himself and his blatant thievery.
