Everyone’s favorite coach is ready to find love, according to the latest episode of Ted Lasso, which saw Jason Sudeikis‘s titular character grapple with setting up a dating profile on Bantr. Warning: Spoilers for Ted Lasso Season 4, Episode 7!

While some fans may still be holding out for something to happen between Ted and his boss Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham), it seems that Tedbecca hopefuls will have to continue holding out hope because Ted has his sights set elsewhere.

Seeking assistance from Keeley (Juno Temple), Ted tried setting up his new profile to find a match, but he was stumped from the very first prompt, unable to sum himself up in three words. Keeley helped him fill in the other sections before allowing the coach to stew on those three words before going live with the profile, but that’s easier said than done.

Ted ended up typing in “I am lovable,” before scrapping the whole process and deleting his profile. Instead, he sought out the stage manager at the theater where Jane (Phoebe Walsh) had put on her one-woman show a few episodes prior.

Ted snuck backstage and summoned the woman (portrayed by Charlotte Riley) with his bad luck whistling. He admitted he wanted to come back and learn her name and invite her on a date, but the woman revealed she has since become involved with someone over dating apps.

But is all hope lost? With the woman remaining nameless after she told Ted she would have said yes if she were single, we can’t help but feel like this could be the start of something big. But what do you think? Has Ted found his next love?

As fans know by now, his romantic history in the series is fairly limited, with his rather up-and-down relationship with ex-wife Michelle (Andrea Anders), and past hookups with Rebecca’s best friend, Sassy (Ellie Taylor), didn’t amount to much. Could this mystery woman be Ted’s first chance at something stable in this next chapter of life?
