‘Y&R’ Fall 2026 Preview: Billy & Sally’s Wedding, Victor’s Revenge & More

“This fall on The Young and the Restless, new and unexpected relationships will blossom, and our existing couples will be challenged like never before, especially Billy [Abbott, Jason Thompson] and Sally [Spectra, Courtney Hope] as they plan their October wedding,” previews executive producer Sally McDonald.

Here, McDonald reveals what else will be happening in Genoa City as the new season unfolds.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott)

“Victor Newman stops at nothing to protect his family and takes even more control of the Matt Clark [Roger Howarth] situation as Victor will not allow anything to threaten Nick’s [Newman, Joshua Morrow] road to recovery. Victor and Nikki are more in love than ever, and Victor will surprise Nikki with several romantic gestures to make up for lost time. Victor will also present Nikki with an interesting business opportunity that may serve as an ulterior motive for causing havoc for Jack [Abbott, Peter Bergman].”

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow)

“Nick has formed a bond with Marie [Kirkland, Jade Harlow] that Sharon [Newman, Sharon Case] does not understand and worries that Marie will jeopardize his sobriety. Nick’s connection to Marie may cause more harm than good when he finds himself in a compromising position thanks to Marie’s complicated past.”

Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters)

“Jack and Diane will do their best to move forward as Patty [Williams, Stacy Haiduk] threatens their happiness and safety, which may force Jack to take matters into his own hands once and for all. Diane holds Nikki responsible for their recent problems and is losing patience over Jack and Nikki’s friendship.”

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor)

“Victoria and Kyle will not be able ignore the sparks between them after sleeping together. They will eventually realize their situation is much more than a casual affair and will go to great lengths to keep their situation a secret, which only adds to the attraction they feel for each other.”

“Billy is his own worst enemy now more than ever as his need for revenge takes over his life. He will receive a reality check from Sally, leading them both on planning the wedding of the year. Sally will find herself navigating politics in her personal life when she is faced with major decisions about the wedding. Adam [Newman, Mark Grossman] and Sally always seem to find their lives intertwined whether they like it or not, and this fall will be no different. Billy and Sally’s nuptials will be the wedding of the year, and you should expect the unexpected!”

Daniel will find himself at a crossroads and ironically it may be Phyllis who is able to point him in the right direction.”

Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox)

“Stephanie will continue to be of great support to Nate as he takes a big first step in returning to medicine by having surgery on his hand. Their friendship will blossom into some much more throughout the fall. Both Stephanie and Nate will be concerned on Holden’s [Novak, Nathan Owens] reaction to their relationship.”

“Lily and Cane are on the right track to finding their way back to each other, but a secret from Lily’s past may put the brakes on a future together.”

“Devon and Abby’s relationship will be tested as Devon continues to struggle with the guilt of Dom’s kidnapping. We will see Abby turning to someone from her past for moral support.”
