Jaime Pressly reportedly caused a disturbance at a California hotel, resulting in her being asked to leave.

Per a report published by TMZ on Monday, August 31, the My Name Is Earl actress was staying at the Signia by Hilton San Jose ahead of her appearance at GalaxyCon. Witnesses told the outlet that Pressly was spotted speaking loudly and using expletives while on her phone in the hotel lobby for around half an hour, and allegedly appeared under the influence.

During her call, Pressly was reportedly heard saying “Mommy loves you” and telling someone on the other line, “You are the best husband I have ever divorced, and you are good to our kids.” (Pressly shares her eldest son, Dezi, with her ex Eric Cubiche, and twin boys, Leo and Lenon, with Hamzi Hijazi.)

Pressly was reportedly approached by security guards after a bystander complained about her behavior, though she allegedly ignored them and gave them the finger. After finishing her phone call, Pressly supposedly approached a woman attending a wedding at the hotel, touched her arm, and complained about the guards. During a second phone call, security again approached her and said, “We’re done.”

After stepping outside to smoke, Pressly reportedly re-entered the hotel while holding hands with a valet employee and headed to the bar for a drink, but was ultimately escorted away by security. Pressly allegedly left the hotel of her own accord, and sources told the outlet her behavior stemmed from family matters.
