What To Know

  • Former WWE star Dawn Marie launched an OnlyFans page in August and reports earning more than during her entire wrestling career.
  • Marie said her content is flirty but non-nude, and she has received a positive response from hundreds of fans.
  • The wrestling legend said the decision was to prepare for the future due to ongoing neck pain.

Former WWE star Dawn Marie launched an OnlyFans page earlier this month and says she is already making more on the site than she did from her 17-year-plus wrestling career.

Marie, who performed in the WWE from 2002 to 2005 and now works as a dementia care nurse, unveiled the account on August 11. Speaking to Fox News Digital about her venture into OnlyFans, she said, “It’s gonna be fun, it’s gonna be flirty. We’re not doing nudes, which I made that very clear. Just gonna be Dawn Marie.”

Despite only being active for a little over a week, Marie told The Daily Mail that she’s already making more money from the site than she ever did as a pro wrestler. She said the reception has been “wonderful,” with hundreds of fans signing up for the $12.95 per month subscription.

“I’ll hear a thousand times, ‘I had the biggest crush on you when I was 12,’ or ‘You were on my wall when I was 16.’ You know? Those are the men and women joining my OnlyFans that I’m able to communicate with now,” she shared.

Marie broke into the wrestling business in 1995, primarily working as a valet for male wrestlers. She gained further attention in 1998 when she joined ECW before signing with WWE in 2002. During her tenure in WWE, Marie was best known for a memorable storyline with Torrie Wilson, in which she ended up in a relationship with Wilson’s real-life father, Al Wilson.

She was released from her WWE contract while on maternity leave in July 2005 and went on to make frequent appearances in several independent wrestling companies between 2005 and 2012.

The 55-year-old wrestling legend told the Mail that she didn’t join OnlyFans because she’s “broke,” but said that a motivating factor was a lingering neck injury.

“You’re getting older, your neck’s not holding up. I’m in a lot of pain all of the time with my neck, so I thought that maybe I should prepare for my future,” she explained. “There’s nothing wrong with having a little extra. I’m a single mom, I have two kids and college is around the corner, so why not?”

Marie reiterated that she won’t be posting explicit content on her page, but promised her fans they can see lots of sexy content. “I was a stripper in the ’80s when it wasn’t cool, so the sex business isn’t new to me and I have an idea of what I’m headed into,” she noted.

“Do I have some dimples in my ass? Absolutely. Do I look like I did back then? No, who the hell does! And I’m not claiming to. But I’m proud of who I am, and I’m proud that I kept my body strong,” she continued. “I was hardcore in ECW, and I’ll continue to be hardcore after.”
