Jason de Puy came into the Big Brother house as the first drag queen to appear on the show. While he has not dressed up in his drag persona yet for the fans, he has competed on RuPaul’s Drag Race twice.
The Season 28 Houseguest has told his fellow Houseguests that he is a drag queen, but he has not revealed that he was on the show yet. From his relationship status to his job, early life, and time on Drag Race, here is what we know about Jason. Tune into Big Brother to see how far he makes it this season.
Jason’s drag persona
Jason performs in drag as Salina EsTitties. Her drag name comes from the late pop star Selena Quintanilla Pérez. Salina competed on Season 15 of RuPaul’s Drag Race, where she finished in sixth place, and Season 11 of Drag Race All-Stars, placing ninth.
Aside from Drag Race, Salina has performed in drag at numerous bars in West Hollywood, California, such as Micky’s and the Abbey., according to the LA Times.

Salina is also a musician
As Salina, she has released numerous songs, including “Boots,” “Pek Pek,” “Melt The Ice,” “PAPI,” and more. Many of her videos include men barely dressed or other drag queens. She even had a song appear on Drag Race.
Before Salina, he was homeless & partying
Before becoming Salina, Jason grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, but moved to Los Angeles when he was 17 years old, according to Voyage LA. He attended college in L.A., where he got a bachelor’s degree in musical theater at the age of 20. He wanted to make it to Broadway, but didn’t have enough money to move to New York.
He turned to partying, which resulted in him using drugs. After using for two years and finding himself homeless at one point, Jason got sober one month after turning 21. He enrolled in a dance program, but when Hollywood “didn’t know what to do with him,” he turned to a friend who was a drag queen and started doing drag.
Jason’s coming out
Since his parents worked full-time, Jason spent a lot of time with his gay uncles in the Castro District. Despite being put in football by his dad, Jason turned to theater and came out to his parents, who were very supportive, according to GED Magazine. His brother is also gay.
Jason lists his status as single on Facebook, but writes, “I’m just your ordinary housewife and mother, just like all you housewives and mothers out there.”
