‘Tulsa King’ Renewed for Season 5 & Cast Changes Announced
The world of Tulsa King keeps expanding into new territories, that trend will continue into Season 5.
Though Tulsa King Season 4 and the upcoming spinoff Frisco King (f.k.a. NOLA King) have not yet arrived on Paramount+, news of what might be next in the fifth season is already starting to come down.
Paramount+ has now given the green light to the next chapter of Dwight “The General” Manfredi’s (Sylvester Stallone) story. The streamer has announced the renewal of the Taylor Sheridan-verse series for Season 5, along with the start of production, a new location for the shoot, and some major cast additions and changes.
Here’s what else we know about Tulsa King Season 5 so far.
When will Tulsa King Season 5 premiere?
A premiere date is still far away from announcement, but what we do know is that the series has officially begun production.
Who will star in Tulsa King Season 5?
Leading the cast once again is Sylvester Stallone as Dwight Manfredi. Scarlet Rose Stallone will also return to an expanded role as Spencer, as she has been upped to series regular for Season 5. New to the cast for Tulsa King‘s fifth outing are Erik Palladino, Glenn Fleshler, Anthony Skordi, and Nickola Shreli.
As for who else might return, well, that remains to be seen. The regular cast as of Season 4 includes Martin Starr as Lawrence “Bodhi” Geigerman, Jay Will as Tyson Mitchell, Garrett Hedlund as Mitch Keller, Dana Delany as Margaret Deveraux, Frank Grillo as Bill Bevilaqua, Annabella Sciorra as Joanne Manfredi, Neal McDonough as Cal Thresher, Vincent Piazza as Vince Antonacci, Mike “Ca$h Flo” Walden as Big Foot, Chris Caldovino as Goodie Carangi, McKenna Quigley Harrington as Grace, and Kevin Pollak as Special Agent John Musso.
Recurring stars include Michael Beach as Mark Mitchell and James Russo as “Quiet” Ray Renzetti. Joining the cast for Season 4 are Gretchen Mol as Amanda Clark and Eden Lee as Maya.
What does the move to New York mean for Tulsa King?
In a press release, Paramount+ revealed that the move to New York will coincide with the Season 5 storyline. Ahead of the renewal, there’d been trade reports that a story shift to New York might be in the works,
Variety reported that the Paramount+ crime drama might move locations to New York City. New York is the original home of Sylvester Stallone’s Dwight Manfredi, and he’s been in a power struggle with its leadership since the very beginning. So could the General be making a play to run the big show? We’ll see.
Paramount Television Studios executive Drew Brown said in a statement, “We are thrilled to bring fans even more of this incredible series, and to be shooting the next season of Tulsa King in New York, where Dwight Manfredi’s story will continue to evolve. We’re proud of the work we’ve done in Georgia, and it remains an important venue for us.” The Tulsa-set series was previously filmed in Atlanta.

Let's get through Season 4 before worrying about what Season 5 might look like.
Can't wait for Tulsa King to return. In my view, it is the second-best show among all of Taylor Sheridan's programs (including all the Yellowstone-related series). Tulsa King ranks right below Landman, which in my opinion is BY FAR the best show on TV today.
