2025 Creative Arts Emmys Night 2: Big Wins For ‘Jeopardy!,’ ‘The Late Show’ & ‘SNL’

The 77th Creative Arts Emmy Awards continued on Sunday night (September 7) with the likes of Jeopardy!, The Late Show, and SNL50: The Anniversary Special receiving trophies.

Jeopardy! took home the award for Outstanding Game Show, with producers Michael Davies and Sarah Whitcomb Foss and the writing team honored.

Meanwhile, The Late Show With Stephen Colbert earned the prize for Outstanding Directing For A Variety Series for the Jim Hoskinson-directed spoof music video “Billionaires Are Actually Good,” featuring a special appearance from The TraitorsAlan Cumming. Cumming himself walked away with the award for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality Competition Program.

SNL was the big winner on Sunday night, though, collecting seven Creative Arts Emmys for its 50th anniversary special, including writing and directing for a variety special.
