2022 Critics Choice Super Awards: ‘Evil’ & ‘Midnight Mass’ Lead TV Nominees

2022 Critics Choice Super Awards, 'Evil,' 'Midnight Mass,' Aasif Mandvi, Katja Herbers, Hamish Linklater

The 2022 Critics Choice Super Awards is back on March 17 for its second annual event to honor this year’s best TV and movie superhero, science fiction, fantasy, horror, and action films and series.

Leading the film pack with five nominations each are the Marvel blockbuster hits Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Spider-Man: No Way Home, including Best Superhero Movie and acting nominations for their respective stars, including Simu Liu, Tony Leung, Michelle Yeoh, Tom Holland, Andrew Garfield, Zendaya, and Willem Dafoe.

Evil and Midnight Mass tie for the most television nominations with six each, including Best Horror Series. Evil’s Mike Colter, Aasif Mandvi, Katja Herbers, and Christine Lahti are up for Best Actor and Actress in a Horror Series against Midnight MassZach Gilford, Hamish Linklater, Kate Siegel, and Samantha Sloyan.
