Kevin Spacey on House of Cards' Creator Exit: We Will Honor the Road He Paved

House of Cards Season 4 has yet to launch, but the show has already been picked up for a fifth season—without creator Beau Willimon.

Fresh off his SAG Award win for Male Actor in a Drama Series, Kevin Spacey (President Frank Underwood) acknowledged he had "no f---ing idea" what the show will look like without its former showrunner. "We have't made any decisions about who might come in," he said. "There's a tremendous discussion to be had."

"I wish Beau all the best," Spacey continued. "He's worked tirelessly for four seasons…I hope he and I will work together one day."

And though Season 5 will be the first without Willimon at its helm, "We will, without question, honor the road he paved," Spacey reassured.
