Andrew Shue & Marilee Fiebig Are Engaged! All About Their Relationship
Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes are newly married, but their exes are also celebrating a major relationship milestone. Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig, who were previously married to the podcast hosts, confirmed their engagement on October 21.
“I don’t know how it happened, but there’s a happy ending,” Shue told People, adding that he and his bride to be are “happy and grateful” for how things turned out.

How did Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig meet?
It’s unclear exactly when Shue and Fiebig first met, but they hung out in the same social circles while married to Robach and Holmes, respectively. The former couples both tied the knot in 2010.
Robach and Holmes worked together at ABC News and started hosting GMA3: What You Need to Know together in 2020. While in relationships with Shue and Fiebig, the couples spent time together on double dates and other occasions.

In November 2022, Robach and Holmes’ romantic relationship was revealed. They have both insisted that they were separated from their respective spouses when they started seeing each other romantically, although neither split had been publicly announced at that point.
The scandalous romance made headlines, and Shue and Fiebig developed a friendship privately while dealing with the fallout. “I don’t think there was anything other than this just happened to be our way of getting to know each other and being able to share ourselves with each other in a time where we both needed a friend,” Shue explained to People.
Things eventually turned romantic between Shue and Fiebig, and their relationship was confirmed in December 2023.

Shue and Fiebig got engaged in spring 2026, he confirmed to People. They kept news of the milestone a secret for several months before sharing with the world.
The proposal came more than a year after Shue and Fiebig moved in together. Us Weekly reported in February 2025 that they were living together.

Yes, Shue and Fiebig both have children from their previous relationships. Shue shares three adult sons with his first wife, Jennifer Hageney, whom he was married to from 1994 to 2008. Meanwhile, Fiebig shares a daughter, Sabine, born in 2013, with Holmes.
