Rebecca Vargas

Rebecca Vargas is a Florida-based television personality best known nationally as a program host on the Home Shopping Network. Since early 2024 she has fronted HSN’s live Wednesday-morning beauty hour, “Pretty Amazing Beauty with Rebecca,” where she demos skincare, cosmetics and fashion finds for viewers both on air and online.

Before moving into retail television, Vargas spent more than a decade in news. A Connecticut native, she earned a degree in broadcast communications from Southeastern University, then worked her way through Florida newsrooms—first as a general-assignment reporter for WSVN-TV in Miami, and later as morning anchor of “Good Morning Suncoast” and co-host of the talk show “Suncoast View” at ABC 7 WWSB in Sarasota. Vargas signed off from ABC 7 in October 2023, telling viewers she was “starting a new chapter,” a decision that ultimately led to her current on-air hosting career.
