I think that Amara is so thankful to Dean not only for freeing her, but helping her see the beauty of Chucks creation and of course for facilitating their reconciliation that she will side with the Winchesters and clan in trying to save their creation. Maybe she deals with Chuck and is on the Winchester side putting an end to the games he is playing with their lives. This season sounds like Chuck is having a psychotic break. Not loving that aspect.

They should of had the family and Cass, Micheal team up one last time and hit it with everything they got head on , make it a unforgivable last season break all the rules.
