‘Schooled’: Barry Drops by William Penn to See Lainey (PHOTOS)
It’s time for another Goldbergs and Schooled crossover as Barry (Troy Gentile) makes his ’90s debut on the spinoff series. The character will make an appearance during the May 1 episode, “CB Likes Lainey,” and if the title indicates anything, there’s sure to be some drama ahead.
Fans of The Goldbergs know that Lainey (AJ Michalka) and Barry were a thing long before CB (Brett Dier) entered the picture, but he’s become a definite contender for the young teacher. In the logline for the upcoming installment, it’s said that CB will attempt to reveal his feelings for coworker and music teacher Lainey, but Barry’s reappearance will throw a wrench in his plan.
