'Outlander' Sneak Peek: Claire, Jamie & Young Ian Encounter Native Americans (PHOTOS)

Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire's (Caitriona Balfe) time in the American colonies has been anything but easy.

So far they've been robbed, beaten, tried to save a slave, got lost in the woods, and Claire was visited by a spooky spirit.. and we're only three episodes in.

On a positive note, the couple has finally decided to build a homestead on a beautiful piece of land near a river in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, calling it Fraser's Ridge.
