‘Cupertino’ Takes on the Prediction Market Next — With a Spicy Twist

Cupertino is going after the prediction market portion of the Silicon Valley tech world in its fourth episode of the inaugural season… with a “spicy mode” little twist.

TV Insider can exclusively reveal the first photos and official description for Episode 4, “A.J. & Buddy,” airing October 29.

In the photos below, we see that Christy Palladino (Ella Stiller) will find a new friend (and firm client) in A.J. Cutter (Ben Cook), while Natalia Boutella (Busy Philipps) will get friendly and feisty with Nichole (Renee Elise Goldsberry), the opposing counsel for her own partners Michael Price (Mike Colter) and Olivia Siffre (Rachel Keller).

The official description for the episode reads, “Michael and Olivia defend the young founders of a prediction market site, one who has been arrested and the other who flees on his private jet with Christy in tow after a night out together. Meanwhile, Natalia and Nichole spend quality time together at the firm.”

We can also report that the episode will feature actress Amanda Warren guest-starring as District Attorney Sally Clausen!
